These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the bdjle platform and all its services. By accessing the bdjle website or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully accepted the following terms.

bdjle is an online entertainment platform that provides cricket betting, slot games, live casino and other gaming features for users in Bangladesh. By using the platform, you acknowledge that you are legally permitted to do so.

1.1 Scope of Services

The bdjle platform is for users aged 21 and above only. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. Age is verified at registration and additional verification documents may be requested at any time.

If it is proven that a user created an account while under the age of 21, that account will be closed immediately and all transactions will be cancelled. No funds may be withdrawn from a minor's account.

Parents are requested to ensure that their minor children cannot access this platform. The use of parental control software is recommended.

In accordance with bdjle's security policy, documents may be requested for account verification at any time. Completing the verification process may be mandatory, particularly before a withdrawal request is processed.

4.1 Required Documents

4.2 Verification Timeframe

6.1 Welcome Bonus

• 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
• Wagering requirement before withdrawing bonus funds: 15 times.
• The conditions must be met within a specified period from the date the bonus is activated.
• Claiming the welcome bonus more than once from the same person, the same device or the same IP address is prohibited.

6.2 VIP Program

bdjle's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

If evidence of abuse or manipulation of the bonus system is found, bdjle reserves the right to cancel all bonuses and permanently close the relevant account. Bonuses may only be used for betting and cannot be withdrawn directly.

All betting and gaming activities on the bdjle platform are governed by the following general rules:

7.1 Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless special circumstances arise.
• bdjle reserves the right to void any bet that occurs as a result of a technical error in the system.
• bdjle reserves the right to set a maximum bet amount for any event or game.
• bdjle's decision in determining the outcome of an event will be considered final.

7.2 Cricket Betting

For cricket betting, bets can be placed on all international and domestic matches including BPL, IPL and the T20 World Cup. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the relevant bets will be settled following ICC rules. Internationally recognised sources are used to determine results.

7.3 Slots and Casino Games

For slots and casino games, the individual rules of each game provider apply. The games are operated using fair and verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdjle platform and may result in account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Creating an account using another person's identity or information.
• Abusing or manipulating the bonus system.

• During server maintenance or upgrades.
• Due to internet connection or network problems.
• Due to unexpected technical errors.
• Due to problems with third-party service providers.

9.1 Betting Policy in Case of Technical Errors

If the outcome of a game is affected by a software or hardware error, that bet will be considered void and the bet amount will be refunded. bdjle is not responsible for any loss caused by a technical error.
